Our Story:
Energy Beams, Inc. manufactures high vacuum equipment and components for industries such as semiconductor, thin film deposition, LED, photovoltaic, cryogenic, spectroscopy, particle physics, rheology, power generation and other key areas of interest.
We are family owned and operated since 1966 and take great pride in all aspects of manufacturing, engineering and fabrication.
Products include wafer handling, showerheads, electrodes, cathodes, coils, heat exchangers, LN2 manifolds, chambers, feedthroughs, targets, valves, high purity gas assemblies and more.
Materials include, nickel, copper, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, monel, inconel among others.
