Energy Beams Inc. has been a manufacturer of custom high vacuum chambers, vacuum components, vacuum weldments and precision machined parts since 1966. We have combined 37 years of precision welding & brazing capabilities with pre & post machining operations to provide some of the most difficult and complicated assemblies in the fabricating business. We are a family owned and operated business, employing highly skilled & trained CNC machinists, welders & fabricators. We specialize in the turning and milling of custom parts & weldments, used in a clean high-vacuum environment, primarily for the Semi-conductor, Thin-Film, Coating, Lamp & Space related industries, including Research & Development. E.B.I. is able to manufacture vacuum chambers and vacuum components using a wide variety of materials including but not limited to; stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, inconel and tungsten. Welding capabilities include tig, mig and vacuum brazing. We provide surface finishing of materials such as glass beaded, electro-polished, passivated, anodized and plated.
